PUSH 317  Youth Worship Service
6:30 p.m. - FUMC Sanctuary

PUSH 317 is an extension ministry of the youth of the
First United Methodist Church of Van Alstyne, Texas.
After returning from Mission Camp 2010, the youth shared a vision
to bring to this community a service unlike any other in the area.
The desire is to reach out to the community and offer a worship environment
that includes fellowship, prayer, lots of music, and of course, the Word of God.
Rooted in a United Methodist worship background, we understand the importance of tratidtion.
However, we are also not oblivious to the members of this community who have no church home
simply because they are uncomfortable in the structured worthip services offered
by the various churches in our area.  We also wish to offer a service at a time
other than Sunday morning.  It is our intention to offer a powerful worship
at a time that might be more convenient for others.
