Adult Sunday School Classes

 

Sunday school classes  begin at 10:00 am each Sunday, conveniently timed between our 8:45 service and 11:00 a.m. service.  

The Adult classes are held in the Worship Center or Sanford Center.

This class is set up as an open discussion that follows the Lectionary. The curriculum used is Cokesbury Adult Bible Study.

This ladies class is an open discussion format that studies the Cokesbury Adult Bible Study.

Saints and Sinners

Sue Brackeen

Saints and Sinners is for all adults interested in lecture and discussion. Their mission statement is "Not to discover and develop truth from ancient times, but to see how relevant that truth is for our times."

New Beginnings

Tim & Stephanie Urban

New Beginnings is for adults that enjoy an informal setting with studies chosen by its group members. Their study consists of video presentation and discussion.

Sanford Center- Room 103

The Seekers

This class has a format of scripture discussion and prayer intercession as well as studies chosen by its group members. Class members range from mid-twenties with young children to parents of older children, and empty nesters in their 50's.

Homebuilders
Kurt & Robin Himmelreich
The Homebuilders' purpose is to strengthen families in our congregation. The class is open to all, but ideal for families raising children or teens. We believe that a truly successful family life cannot be separated from our relationship with Jesus Christ and our connection with fellow Christians. Study topics range from our personal spiritual growth, to marriage enrichment, to parenting and character development.
