Location:

Van Alstyne is located in southern Grayson County in North Texas. 

From US 75,  halfway between McKinney and Sherman, take exit 51 east, then turn south at the traffic light at Hwy 5.  Proceed three blocks south and one block east to find us at 303 South Preston Street between Shreveport and Fulton Streets.
